Gulu University’s mission statement is to provide education services, mentorship and funding opportunities through presentation of project proposals to potential investors to the student community in a bid to address the energy illiteracy syndrome and also empower them to take on meaningful energy projects thus increasing student participation in the sustainable energy transition.
