“Dreaming the Future” Social Entrepreneurship Contest

We had around 20 projects registered, and only two proceeded to the final round where both teams pitched their projects to a jury. The winning project, called “Ehecatl,” consists of the modification of the mixture used to make bricks by adding an additive, with this additive the cooking and drying time of the brick will be reduced so that less fuel will be used and therefore the emissions emitted in said process will be reduced. We connected them with the government of Tonala, the university of Guadalajara and some other institutions that are helping them to implement their idea
