Lorena Cordero

Lorena is Student Energy’s Leaders Fellowship Coordinator.

Lorena studied Law and holds a master in Energy, Technology and Climate Policy at University College London. She holds over six years of experience in environment and energy policies across the government, private sector and NGO in Peru, UK as well as in international organisations. Co-founder of the Peru Young Energy Professionals youth network to boost youth empowerment in the sector and part of the Global Support Team of the SDG7 Youth Constituency of the Major Group for Children and Youth.

She is fascinated by gardening and in her free time she loves to visit museums with pre-colonial pieces and art galleries.
