Overview
My name is Maria Kativa Shihako. I’m a passionate young woman from Kavango East, Namibia, and the first female electrical engineering graduate from my community. I currently serve as a research assistant on the CEPREC project, working on renewable energy solutions. I’m also a Future Energy Leader and youth climate advocate. I care deeply about creating access to clean, affordable energy for underserved communities and empowering youth, especially girls, through education, innovation, and sustainability.
