Rosemond Sefa

Rosemond Sefa is a Policy Analyst at the Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP), where she leads initiatives on climate change, energy and just transition, and inclusive resource governance. With a background in Environmental Science and postgraduate studies in Energy and Sustainability Management, she has contributed to research on fossil fuel dependence, methane emissions, and ethanol as a clean cooking alternative. Rosemond coordinates ACEP’s flagship programs like the Africa Climate Academy and the Next Generation Resource Governance Leaders Program. She is passionate about promoting sustainable development through transparency, gender inclusion, and youth empowerment in Africa’s energy and extractive sectors.
