The TCB program was an incredibly meaningful experience for me, both personally and professionally. It gave me the opportunity to connect with people from all over the world who share the same, if not an even greater, passion for energy and climate advocacy. Working alongside such motivated and diverse individuals made the experience both inspiring and rewarding.

As someone who is relatively new to the energy sector, the program was especially valuable in helping me understand potential career pathways. Through conversations with my groupmates, I learned about internships and job opportunities available to those interested in energy and climate work, which gave me a clearer path and motivation for future job opportunities. 

Having a mentor from adelphi was another major highlight of the program. Their guidance and professional network allowed us to engage with industry experts we otherwise would not have had access to. As a result, our final paper was significantly strengthened.

Finally, completing our paper through adelphi, Student Energy, and the Clean Economy Bridge has encouraged us to explore potential publication opportunities for our final paper. The program has provided valuable resources that will help us navigate this publication process in the future. Overall, the TCB program has been an invaluable learning experience that strengthened my skills and interest in pursuing a career in the energy and climate space.
