The chapter aims to engage students of diverse technical and knowledge backgrounds to develop technology solutions at various scales to tackle pressing challenges in achieving energy security in local communities. The chapter would further encourage its members to utilise their experiences to
participate in the decision-making process at major energy policy forums across India and abroad to ensure the technical feasibility of the proposed solutions. SE NITK would be a platform where students are introduced to international opportunities via the global Student Energy network in the dynamic and ever-growing energy sector and receive world-class mentorship on building successful careers in the industry.
