“Participating in this program was a truly valuable experience for me. From the moment I learned about it, I looked forward to being a part of the program because I knew it would be an amazing platform to further develop and refine my knowledge in the energy sector. As a recent graduate and project manager, the program helped me gain a deeper understanding of project management specifically within the energy industry. The curriculum, workshops, mentoring sessions, and practicum project all contributed to expanding my perspective on how energy projects are structured, managed, and implemented successfully. One of the most impactful aspects of the program was how practical and applicable the learning experience was. It allowed me to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, especially within my own business operations. I have already started implementing several of the project management insights and strategies I learned into my daily business activities, particularly in the planning and execution of my mini-grid project. Overall, the program has strengthened my confidence and capacity as a young professional in the energy space. I look forward to continuing to apply the knowledge gained and exploring even more ways to implement these learnings in my work and future energy projects.”
