“The Student Energy Program was a truly transformative experience that deepened my understanding of global energy systems and strengthened my leadership capacity in climate action. It connected me with a dynamic network of women energy professionals in Africa and experienced mentors in the field. The practicum project was the highlight of my journey, exposing me to the rigour of research and data collection, which culminated in my becoming a published author. The program significantly sharpened my ability to contribute meaningfully to an inclusive and sustainable energy transition.”
